Fully Serviced Seasonal Caravan Pitches
Our fully serviced seasonal caravan pitches are the perfect solution for anyone with a busy lifestyle or for those who just don’t relish the idea of towing on our busy roads any more, these permanent pitches offer an ideal “Retreat to the Country” base without the hassle of towing or packing every trip. Our small, well stocked shop means you don’t even have to remember to bring milk and if you wish you can leave you own food in the site freezer ready for your next visit.
We have currently have a space for the 2024 season, the annual fee is £2,250 please contact the site to arrange a visit and to reserve a pitch.
All our seasonal pitches are Fully serviced with gravel hardstanding for a caravan and awning with a grass area on one side where you can sit outside if you wish. Each pitch has a 16amp EHU via a smart card meter, mains water, grey water drainage, TV hook up (long lead required) free access to Wi Fi and site facilities, freezer, microwave and library, parking for 1 car, there is extra parking available on site.
Well behaved dogs are most welcome free, there is some excellent walking locally and further afield and our small on site dog walk is ideal for for early and late toilet breaks.
Each seasonal caravan remains on its own pitch throughout the year, they may occupied from March to end of October when the site closes from November to beginning of March, during this time the awnings are taken down and suitable covers put on the caravans.
For security we have an electric gate and cctv cameras at the entrance to the site. During the open season there is always a warden on duty and in the winter months the owners live on site.
Adjacent to the site is the Bittescombe Inn which is open 5 days a week, a friendly welcome awaits you and your well behaved dogs.
Our adults only policy applies to all pitches and includes any visitors or family, your caravan may be occupied at any time during the open season by yourself and family, sub letting is not allowed this helps to keep the site secure and maintain our exclusivity. There is always a friendly and relaxed atmosphere on site and our busy wardens are available to help whenever necessary. Once here you will not want to leave, most of our seasonal pitch holders stay for many years, our longest residents have been with us for 15 years, which speaks for itself!
